Maintenance Kits OEM Maintenance Kits Maintenance kits come with a fuser assembly, transfer roller, and pickup, or feed/separation rollers. The exact content of the kit and number of rollers provided depends on the particular printer model. All kits contain original equipment manufacturer (OEM) feed/separation, pickup and transfer rollers. Maintenance kits showing a core charge amount will have this amount added to the sale price. They require the used fuser assembly be returned to one of our warehouses within 15 business days from the date of purchase. A pre addressed return label will be included with the shipment or with the invoice which is mailed separately. Upon receipt of the core, the core charge amount is credited back to the original account or credit card. RMA numbers must be clearly visible on the outside of all returns. Please use the labels provided to ensure proper credit. Unidentified core returns cannot be credited. Global Brand Maintenance Kits Global brand maintenance kits are manufactured under the same stringent manufacturing requirements as our toner cartridges. All Global brand maintenance kits are complete with all brand new Non-OEM components. All come with a performance guarantee through Global and the manufacturer.
