With a one year pricing agreement Global Toner Solutions includes a one year GTS Platinum Service Agreement.

GTS PLATINUM SERVICE OPTION
Printer-Only

Full Service Maintenance Agreement:
  • Laser Printer Repair
  • Time & Labor
  • On-site within 4 hours
  • All parts are included
  • Full Preventive Maintenance service on monochrome laser printers every 26 weeks for locations with 20 or more printers, and every 52 weeks for locations with less than 19 printers. This includes:
    • Print out of test page and print quality problem resolution if necessary
    • Comprehensive Status Report including page count, serial number, and recommended maintenance
    • Complete inspection of fusing assembly, feed roller assembly, separation pad, transfer corona and ozone filter- and necessary maintenance
    • Vacuuming out all excess toner and paper dust with a toner removal vacuum if necessary
    • Wipe down and/or cleaning of all necessary components
